General Information
Catholic-Presbyterian Apartments is a comprehensive retirement facility designed to provide an independent living environment for senior citizens of moderate income. Opened in 1972 with the promise of a comfortable, attractive lifestyle, the 195-unit apartment complex has evolved into a community of friends and neighbors to become an integral part of downtown Baton Rouge. Operated by Catholic Presbyterian Apartments, Inc., a Louisiana non-profit corporation, the H.U.D. financed facility benefits from the guidance and spiritual support of the Catholic Diocese and First Presbyterian Church.
