Operated by Catholic Presbyterian Apartments, Inc., a Louisiana non-profit corporation, the H.U.D. financed facility benefits from the guidance and spiritual support of the Catholic Diocese and First Presbyterian Church. 24-Hour Laundry Catholic-Presbyterian Apartments is open to any person 55 years of age or older, single or married (one member of an elderly household must be at least 55 years of age), regardless of race or religion. An Applicant’s gross income must be within the range established by the Federal Government and verified by the staff at Catholic-Presbyterian Apartments. The actual rent is based on 30% of the resident’s income, subject to the maximum allowable rents. Utilities are included in the rent.
