River City Jazz Masters: Sammy Figuero

Season subscriptions for the nationally renowned River City Jazz Masters series go on sale Aug. 14. The collaboration between Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and River City Jazz Coalition kicks off Nov. 13 with Jazz vocalist Jazzmeia Horn, followed by pianist Emmet Cohen Feb. 20, The Yellowjackets featuring Kurt Elling March 19 and wrapping up with percussionist Sammy Figuero May 1. All performances take place at 7:30 p.m. at Manship Theatre in the Shaw Center for the Arts. Season tickets are on sale now while individual concert tickets go on sale Aug. 28 with the exception of The Yellowjackets, which go on sale in October.
