Capitol Annex Building
The State Capitol Annex building is located on the grounds of the State Capitol building in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It was designed by Edward F. Neild, architect, and features exterior granite panels interspersed with floral design. The lobby contains Conrad Albrizio fresco murals which illustrated the state's industry, public construction, and social welfare. It was Built for a cost of $1.1 million in 1938.
