Cordova Square

In conjunction with Kevin Harris, Architect, this project consisted of the revitalization of an existing three-story office building in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The goal of the project was to update the facility to current day codes and standards, providing a new elevator and emergency egress from all levels of the building. Also, a complete design enhancement of the entire facility was completed bringing this 1940’s building back to its historical original façade. In doing so, the design of the building received an Historic Preservation Award.
