NATIONAL HISTORIC REGISTER BUILDING (1978)
The property on which the present church stands was first acquired in 1845 and a small wood frame church was completed the following year. By 1887 the church had outgrown its original building. A historic survey completed by the church indicates that the present Gothic Revival church was completed in 1895. W. L. Stevens was the architect, and W. H. Miller was the contractor.
