WATERMARK BATON ROUGE ANNOUNCED
Plans have been announced to convert the old State Office Building at 150 Third Street into a 148 Marriott Autograph hotel in Downtown baton Rouge.Under the Autograph brand, Marriott allows the developer/owner to name and brand the hotel which will be branded WATERMARK Baton Rouge.
The name recognizes this unique building's 1924 origins as the Louisiana National Bank building and its proximity to and spectacular views of the Mississippi River.
