The Downtown Development District has released the 2019 update to their Development Toolkit - a document offering demographics, statistics, and other resources meant to meet the needs of the development and business community.

Here are a few highlighted statistics from 2018:

  • 35 active projects in DDD
  • Nearly 1000 residential units in production since 2010
  • Fair Market Property Value up by $89M
  • $182.5M residential investment since 2010
  • 7 hotels, 1175 rooms
