This space is truly unique – it has a large balcony with a wonderful view of the Mississippi River and Bridge. The space also has the charm of a historic Downtown Baton Rouge building with all of the modern comforts and conveniences. The facility has a full kitchen with high-end appliances and granite counter tops. The seating area has a large flat-screen television and can comfortably accommodate 40-45 people. The rooftop deck has seating for 10 people as well.
