LSU Museum of Art
The LSU Museum of Art is in downtown Baton Rouge and acts as a "Gateway" for the University to share its vast cultural resources with the community at large and with visitors to the city. Housed in the stunning Shaw Center for the Arts, the LSU Museum of Art has attracted new collections to match its surroundings.
LSU MOA is excited to welcome you back to a safe place for you to recharge through creativity and culture, and to allow access to our wonderful exhibitions and works of art once again.
Guidelines allow 50% capacity access to the museum and 25% capacity for museum programs, events, and rentals. We require all visitors to wear masks upon museum entrance. As per the executive order signed by Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome, the Shaw Center for the Arts will implement a No Mask / No Service policy starting July 3, 2020 at noon.
