Downtown East

DOWNTOWN EAST
Downtown East, located just east of I-110 and adjacent to Historic Beauregard Town and Historic Spanish Town, is currently experiencing a transformation. Residential, religious, and small warehouse structures, as well as the recreational opportunities within the neighborhood, contribute to the overall character.

Several private residential and commercial developments are currently underway in Downtown East. A new development, the Elysian III will be located adjacent to the Elysian I and II and the Hotel Lincoln is a historical renovation that will have first floor retail and residential units above. Forte and Tablada, Arkel Development, DNA Workshop, and many other business have redeveloped and located in the area, taking advantage of its strategic location and historic building stock.
