ONYX RESIDENCES GROUNDBREAKING

Representatives from the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, Commercial Properties Realty Trust, the Baton Rouge Metro Council, the Downtown Development District, and the Mayor’s Office gathered today to break ground and officially begin construction of the new Onyx Residences. Located in the heart of the Art & Entertainment District at the corner of Third and Convention Streets, the development will bring 28 one and two bedroom apartments opening in the fall of 2015.
