The Diversity of Development on Third Street

With recent announcements of new developments on and adjacent to Third Street, some eleven different private investments are completely reshaping this historic street. Third Street offers a diverse mix of residential, restaurants, reception halls, bars/live music venues, a planned hotel, and support services such as a grocery store and pharmacy.

Click on the image below for an inventory of projects and a unique look at the upcoming block by block transformation of the corridor. Linking Town Square and Capitol Park, Third Street is also adjacent to many other attractions, performing and visual art venues, and hotels.
