USAgencies, a leading provider of low cost auto insurance, announced today that it will be relocating its headquarters to the heart of downtown Baton Rouge in support of its strategic growth plan and as an added value will participate in the revitalization efforts of Baton Rouge.USAgencies will occupy two floors at 440 Third Street, becoming the major office tenant in downtown Baton Rouge’s first mixed-use building. The building, commonly known as the former Capital One Building, will become the USAgencies Building. The new headquarters will proudly be the new base of operations for USAgencies and will serve as the Operations Center for Confie Insurance Group Holdings (CIGH).

"Congratulations and welcome to Downtown Baton Rouge, USAgencies! We are excited that you are establishing your headquarters in the heart of downtown and participating in the revitalization efforts of our city center. This innovative effort in the adaptive reuse of this prominent building at 440 Third St. is a successful model in mixed-use development for all to emulate. Along with the office space, the development will include Matherne's Grocery store and 65 luxury apartments." commented Davis Rhorer of the DDD.
