2023 Development Toolkit
The Downtown Development District has released the 2023 update to their Development Toolkit - a document offering demographics, statistics, and other resources meant to meet the needs of the development and business community.
Here are a few highlighted statistics:
- 29 active projects in DDD
- 316 residential units in the pipeline
- 85.71% average office occupancy rate
- 71% average hotel occupancy rate, highest in EBR
- $224.6M residential investment since 2010
- Over 10,000 downtown residents and 30,000 jobs
