Treat Dad (and yourself) to an evening where Southern hospitality meets top-shelf spirits. Join three industry stand-outs for a five-course culinary journey, each dish perfectly matched with a rare or limited-release whiskey:

Christina Juarez – Texas General Manager for Altamar Brands, with 15 years of building iconic labels like Jack Daniel’s and Tequila Herradura. Christina will guide you through every pour, sharing insider stories on cask finishes, flavor architecture, and why certain whiskeys shine with particular ingredients.

Chef Chance Reon – Founder of Born in the Bayou Food Co. Known for elevating Gulf Coast flavors, Chef Chance has crafted a menu that blends local bounty with modern technique—think smoked-pecan duck confit, bourbon-glazed pork belly, and a surprise dessert that reimagines beignets.

Mia Stanford – Owner of Bayou Spirit Events and your host for the evening. Mia’s zero-waste cocktail ethos and flair for storytelling ensure every course feels like a front-row seat at the bar.

What to Expect

Five imaginative courses with a curated whiskey for each—totaling more than 2 oz. of premium spirits.

Interactive tasting notes led by Christina; learn how barrel size, mash bills, and aging climates influence each pairing.

Garden House ambiance—a historic Beauregard Town venue dressed with chandeliers, art, and a lush courtyard for pre-dinner mingling. Limited to just 45 guests for an intimate vibe. Ticket available at www.bayouspiritventures.com
