FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS 'LITE'

Watch it Live here! Lets kickoff the holiday season with the Downtown Festival of Light 'Lite' a virtual event! Some things have changed, but you can still experience the magic of the holidays with a virtual lighting of the 35-foot Christmas Tree at North Boulevard Town Square on Friday, December 4th at 6:00pm.

On Friday, Dec. 4, the lighting of the 35-foot Christmas Tree will air live on WAFB, Channel 9 in the 6 p.m. newscast. You can also watch the entire live stream event on the Louisiana Weekend Facebook page.

Although there’s no in-person event this year, the tree will be lit the entire holiday season. Throughout the month of December, guests can stop by the North Boulevard Town Square for socially distanced photo op.
