Celebrate the grand opening of the Capital Region’s most unique community arts space, the Cary Saurage Community Arts Center, at MPAC (Music Performance Art Community). Your all-inclusive ticket features an exciting evening filled with light bites, spirits, and arts entertainment. AND REMEMBER, WEAR WHITE!

MPAC will showcase visual and performing artists throughout the evening and introduce the 12,000+ square feet of workspace, reshaped to serve artists and arts education. Event guests will experience the state-of-the-art community center during the celebration with showcases of visual artists, musicians, makers, culinary and performing artists presenting at MPAC.

The Cary Saurage Community Arts Center, the first of its kind in the Capital Region, will meet the growing needs of Louisiana artists and arts educators with an arts education center; two-story, open exhibition gallery; accessible rehearsal, meeting, class space, and conference space; and outdoor rooftop terrace to allow for community gatherings. The new center’s open studio spaces, black box studio, and the audio-visual studio gives a home for artists to create demos, rehearse new works, or show works in progress in one building, providing a place for artists to create or expand their repertoires in all forms.

Event Price: $125.00 https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mpac-tickets-158023034149
