Give the gift of relaxation and connection to your loved one. Join us for a magical morning of Music, Yoga, and Meditation with Elena Keegan and Chad Lawson.

This 75-minute, all-level flow class will be taught on stage at Manship Theatre by Elena Keegan. Pianist Chad Lawson will accompany the class on piano with live, improvisational music. Manship Theatre will open our stage for attendees to bring their yoga mats for full-bodied movements. For those who prefer to sit for their practice, we will offer seating in our newly updated theatre chairs with modifications for seated poses.
