Join Tour Guide, Robert Freeland, and Curator, Anne Mahoney, as we test a NEW tour of the Historic Spanish Town neighborhood. Founded by Spanish Canary Island settlers in 1805, Spanish Town is Baton Rouge’s oldest neighborhood. Hear history brought to life! We will start and end at Capitol Park Museum, where you can enjoy over 20,000 square feet of amazing exhibitions.
Space is limited and registration is required. Patrons are advised to dress comfortably, bring water, and wear a hat. $20 General ticket.
