Visit www.lasm.org to learn more, become a member or buy your $15 tickets! Tickets are $15 (includes parking in LASM lot, instructions in receipt) for non-members or free for members; members will be sent an email with their discount code, or you can email ptaylor@lasm.org to receive your code.

Family fun Starry, Starry Saturday mornings are fun for all ages! Doors open at 9:30 AM and shopping will be available in the Museum Store.

STARGAZING - 10 AM - 10:30 AM

Explore the local nighttime sky and learn about stars and constellations in this LIVE, presenter-led program in the Irene W. Pennington Planetarium!

FROM THE BLUE PLANET TO THE RED PLANET - 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Experience living on the red planet in a futuristic Mars colony and ride a rover across the Martian surface. Children and adults alike will learn about the differences between Earth and Mars and what it might be like to live and work on another planet!

JEAN-MICHEL COUSTEAU’S SECRET OCEAN - 11 AM - NOON

Jean-Michel Cousteau, son of ocean pioneer Jacques Cousteau, offers a breakthrough look at a secret world within the ocean that is perhaps the biggest story of all—that the smallest life in the sea is the mightiest force on which we all depend.

Safety Information

Face masks are required (and will be provided free-of-charge to those who arrive without one). Reversible, cloth, washable ampersand masks in both child and adult sizes will be available for people who donate $25 or more to LASM's COVID-19 Relief Fund. CLICK HERE to donate. Groups will be seated 6 feet apart in the Planetarium.
