Summer Sketch Series: A Family Art Workshop.

Join us this summer at the Louisiana Art & Science Museum for our Summer Sketch Series: A Family Art Workshop. A fun, creative art class perfect for the whole family! Held every Friday in June (6, 13, 20, and 27) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, this workshop invites participants ages 6 and up to explore drawing techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment led by local artist Beth Welch. Whether you're a budding young artist or just looking for a new way to spend time together as a family, this class offers an inspiring opportunity to connect through creativity.

The workshop is just $20 for children and $25 for adults, with free admission for LASM members. Families are especially encouraged to attend and sketch side-by-side in our beautiful classroom studio space. All materials are provided—just bring your imagination!
