Our core services include community and public relations, marketing and events, meeting facilitation, customer service training and workshop production to private sector, public sector, and non-profit clients. Full Circle Communications has successfully created and implemented a communications program to complement the Baton Rouge/East Baton Rouge Parish’s Sanitary Sewer Overflow Program. Full Circle’s approach emphasizes proactive communication regarding construction associated with the program. We also work hand in hand with council members to ensure the constituents they serve are provided with “citizen friendly” information on the work impacting their communities. We have established a program communications hotline for receiving complaints and questions, and we employ Public Information Officers to work in the community helping residents and business owners document and resolve problems related to construction. Full Circle has shown our commitment to the Baton Rouge workforce by hiring staff locally and training workers for careers in Public Relations and Executive Client Services.
