Gras Town Plaza

Grastown Plaza has been under new ownership since 2003. It was originally the Gordon movie theater in the 1950s and operated until the 1980s. It was converted to an office building and a third floor was added transforming the property into one of downtown Baton Rouge's most timeless pieces of real estate.
