RCB WALKING CLUB
Do you work downtown? Do you sit at a desk all day? Stretch your legs and join us on the 4th floor for a low-impact cardio workout! Most weeks we follow along with trainer Leslie Sansone's "boosted walking" program for a gentle, brisk, four-mile walk. No registration necessary; all you need are comfortable shoes. Latecomers welcome!
